Last modified: 01 February 2023 By making the purchase, you are acknowledging and agreeing that the goods are bespoke—that is, they were made just for you. Because they are custom-made, they are not produced until the customer has confirmed their purchase. There is no inventory of the purchased goods prior to customer purchase.

You have 24 hours to change a customer’s size, color, quantity, or shipping address after they have made a purchase. Customers’ orders will go into production after this time, and we won’t be able to change them for you.

If it’s not too much trouble, send an email to contact@eurorawear.com with nitty gritty data as underneath:

Subject: Change or cancel the order by entering the customer’s order number (which can be found in the order confirmation email after placing the order) and specifying the desired changes (size, color, quantity, and shipping address).

Within 24 to 48 hours, we will respond to customers’ emails.

When the 24 hours have passed and clients buy goes into creation, clients freedoms to make changes or scratch-offs are relinquish. Other than where products are broken, you reserve no option to drop any request or return any merchandise bought and all orders are conclusive.
